Equip your running boots and get ready to take off with Mocaverse x Dustland!

Who here still hasn’t gotten a Floppy Disk drop? We’re guessing there’s loads of you! Well, Floppy drops as you know are quite rare, so that’s completely normal! However, we’ve got something cooking that will help relieve the #onlypain from not getting any Floppy drops yet!

From June 27th 6PM HKT to July 11th 6PM HKT, get ready to run for your life (or run for your Floppies) because we’re having a partnership with Mocaverse and the Moca community! We’ll be meeting new Dustcaps from across the land of Mocana and will be running together in this event!

What’s in store for our top runners? Well, for starters you’ll be relieved of the #onlypain by getting an exclusive Mocaverse Edition Floppy Disk — which you can use to craft Moca-themed in-game gear (limited to 200pc)

On top of that, you’ll be getting XP and Realm Ticket Miles as stated below:

• $10K USD worth of $DOSE tokens for the top Moca players in the Mocaverse exclusive leaderboard
• Moca XP for top Moca holders
• Realm Ticket Miles for Realm Ticket Holders

To be eligible for rewards, Mocas will need to spend 60 energy (a.k.a complete at least 3 missions). There are no restrictions as to which mission to participate in.

Now, for both our veteran Dustcaps and new Dustcaps from Mocaverse, you’ll probably be wondering how to take part? We have just what you need!

How to participate

1/ Register with a selected Moca or by holding a Realm Ticket

• Head over to mocaverse.xyz/dustland, log in with your wallet (also supports delegated wallets)
• Moca: Select your Moca agent using the box on the right and click “Register Now.” The tribe of the selected Moca will also determine the tribe you will be playing for, so pick wisely!
• Realm Ticket: Make sure your connected wallet holds one or more Realm Tickets, then click “Register with Realm Ticket X1”. This option will only be available for those who do not hold any Moca.
• Delegate.cash: For holders who would like to register with their hot wallet, please select delegate after completing the delegation on delegate.cash. Visit Mocaverse Discord for additional instructions!

You must complete the registration by June 22, 6PM HKT.

2/ Link registered wallet with Dustland account

Click on “Link Wallet” and head to the Dustland official site (https://thedustland.com/). Connect your registered or delegated wallet by clicking “Connect Wallet” on the top right.

Select “Create New Dustland Account” if you’re new to Dustland and follow the pop-up to create an account. If you already have a Dustland account, select “Link existing Dustland account” and log in.

3/ Download the Dustland Runner App

Download the app on App Store or Google Play, then log in using the same account in the previous step.

4/ Start running!

Select a mission and start running! Remember to turn on GPS and put on your headphones for the immersive audio experience as well!

During the competition, there will be 3 leaderboards:

Individual Leaderboards (includes incomplete missions):

• Total Distance: Players will be ranked based on the total distance covered within the campaign period
• Average Pace: Players will be ranked based on the average speed / km across all missions

Tribe Leaderboards:

• Tribe Distance: Contributed by the top 5 player’s total distance from each Tribe

To get to the top, you’ll need a good mixture of endurance, strategy and discipline. Good luck Dustcaps, and most importantly, have fun!
