It’s time to celebrate the holidays right, so we’ve got some new Christmas quests that will get Dustcaps spreading cheer across Dustland.
Dustland Christmas Quests
As the year winds down and the weekly, sometimes daily, festivities begin, from Secret Santa parties to dreidel, we here in Dustland have our own way of conveying the best of the season. So what if it involves Floppy Disks and boosted apes? To each their holiday we say!
Get into the spirit of the season and take part in the Christmas Crew3 sprint now via the Dustland Runner app from now December 19 till 29, 14:00 UTC+8. And while you’re at it, maybe win a prize.
- Top 6 Ape Pass holders: one of 6 Memeland Waitlist Codes
- Top 3 general player (non-Ape Pass holders): one of 3 Ape Passes
Note:
a) Ape Pass holders are entitled to the Memeland reward only.
b) If we have a list of potential winners with the same scores, we’ll use a randomiser to select the final winners e.g. if we have 10 Ape Pass holders with the same XP, we will pick 6 to receive the Memeland Waitlist Code.

How to take part in Christmas Quests
Step 1: Join the Quests
All Dustland users are welcome to join all the quests in the new Crew3 Christmas Sprint. There are currently 6 quests to choose from, but remember: the more you complete, the more XP you get and the better your leaderboard ranking. More quests could be added, but really, who knows? #ProbablyNothing.
General Information (Mandatory)
Provide the following basic info for verification purposes for this Christmas Sprint:
1) Dustland account email
2) Country of Residence
3) Do you own an Ape Pass
4) Metamask Wallet Address (that holds Ape Pass if you have one, otherwise just type “Nil”).
5) Metamask Wallet Address (to receive prize, if you become one of the winners)
Quest 1
Like & RT the Christmas Campaign quests post here.
Quest 2
Show ownership of at least one Project Grunt Boot of any rarity in the Dustland Runner app.
Tweet your Boot photo with #dustlandcrafting, tell us how much you love it and submit the URL of your Tweet.
We’ll grant XP as soon as the URL has been confirmed, but will verify that you are holding the Boot either as an NFT or as a virtual item at the time the winner is picked. Remember to fill in the General Information asking for your Dustland account email.
Quest 3
To celebrate #OnlyPain (yes it needs celebrating because that’s how we encourage ourselves to keep going!), if you get the lowest amount possible of crafting materials (excluding Floppies, of course) by spending at least 20 energy in any Dustland Runner mission, you get XPs.
That means, walk/run with 0 Chipz, 0 Torn Cloth, 8 Metal Scraps, 16 Rubber Fragments, 16 Woods OR 28 Straws by spending at least 20 energy in any 1 mission during the Christmas Quest period.
Tweet the “mission end page” that shows the amount of materials clearly with #onlypain and #dustlandcrafting and submit the tweet’s URL.
Quest 4
It’s Christmas. That means it’s a good time to get a little adventurous and go meet some new Dustcaps and spend some time together! Runs. We mean to run together.
Form a team of 2 OR 3 Dustcaps on Discord’s #find-teammates channel, under COMMUNITY section, and coordinate with each other to do the SAME mission on the SAME day during the Christmas Quest period. Collage the mission end pages clearly showing the Time & Date of you and your teammates in a photo and submit.
Now, we understand we’re all in different time zones, and so it’s fine as long as teammates are completing the mission on the SAME calendar date.

Quest 5
Walk/Run without receiving a Floppy by spending at least 20 energy in any Dustland Runner mission for 7 consecutive days during Christmas Quest live period. Then collage / merge all 7-day mission end page screenshots (without floppy!) and submit as 1 photo.

Step 2: Submit your Quests
Submit all the quests online via Crew3 before December 29, 14:00 UTC+8.
Step 3: Enjoy your Christmas and New Year Celebrations
Winners will be announced the first week of January, 2023, so don’t wait up. Go have fun with your family and friends!
That’s it Dustcaps. We decided to go fairly easy on you for these year-ending quests. What can we say? The spirit of the season has us feeling generous. That, and we have plenty more challenging quests lined up for 2023. So get questing and happy holidays!
